Admin Concentrate for Developers.

Database administration is a vital often overlooked part of any solution. Also, dull, repetative and thankless. The usual development cycle involves quickly throwing together a version to test the front-end and then trying to polish the result for your customers.

No longer! Admin Concentrate is a database admin tool which takes care of everything for you. Whether working on a new system from scratch or retro-fitting an existing system, the process is fast and simple. Define your database, feed the SQL definition into the database admin tool and you can be entering test data within seconds as if it were a custom application.

If the SQL does not specify foreign keys, a few minutes specifying the interconnection of tables will substantially add to the power and ease of editing aided on request by the configurator's "best guess" - no so-called helpful features messing up your hard work!

A few more minutes naming the fields and the result is totally clear and functional and a final drag-and-drop formatting session and a choice of skins results in a finished product ready for the customer.

The result of a leisurely hour's work is a database admin system beyond anything on the market saving your customer's hours of work and repetitive tasks. Searching, sorting, bulk and mass updates, full cross-referencing, single click access to related areas all taken care of. Products added to categories or categories with products, all automatically created and linked together into a powerful, flexible database admin tool.

Any changes made to the database are easily fed into the system by merely feeding in the new SQL and letting Admin Concentrate do the rest. Admin Concentrate requires no changes to existing databases or front-ends. It is based on the capabilities of SQL, not on any particular language, design or methodology.

The demo test drive system is being updated to reflect the latest additions to the system. Contact the webmaster if you wish to set up a free test system.

Developer faq:

Can it handle MySQL/PostGRE SQL/MSSQL/Access..?

Can it handle BTree, ISAM, some legacy stuff we have running on DOS boxes?

Ummmm...kind of.

How do I drop tables/rename columns/add triggers?

You don't use Admin Concentrate! If you're asking this question, we have a terminology problem. Admin Concentrate maintains the data, not the database although that's just a principal. You design the database and Adm
